Storm4 is currently partnered with a leading American manufacturer who specializes on making BAS and IoT solutions for the Smart Building industry. They are currently looking to bring on a Area Sales person in the Midwest who has a strong background/experience in BAS, IoT, and HVAC controls as well.
Role Overview:
The area sales Midwest will be responsible for generating/maintaining relationships with channel partners. You will be selling to system integrators, system distributors, OEM partners, and IT providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new relationships with channel partners
- Maintain relationship with current customers through dinners, events, golf outings, and etc
- Run product demos with clients and act as a product expert
Qualifications:
- Building Automation, IoT, and HVAC controls background
- 4-6 years’ experience selling through channel partners
- Ability to travel 50-60% of the time to visit clients and company headquarters
- Develop sales strategies and incentives for existing and new partners
