- Strategic Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams in integrating battery systems into vehicle powertrains, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and reliability.
- Battery & Hardware Integration: Oversee the end-to-end integration of battery systems with vehicle subsystems, including energy management software, charging systems, and power electronics.
- Program Delivery: Drive the successful execution of major vehicle programs by defining technical strategies, resolving complex challenges, and ensuring alignment with program milestones.
- System Validation: Lead comprehensive testing and validation efforts to meet stringent safety, durability, and regulatory standards.
- Collaboration with Predictive Analytics: Leverage advanced predictive battery management software to optimize system performance and lifecycle outcomes.
