    Responsibilities

    • Collaborate in defining vehicle level concepts and development procedures, with a focus on battery production and manufacturing.
    • Establish functional, technical safety, and homologation requirements for vehicle projects, particularly emphasizing battery-related aspects.
    • Drive safety requirement derivation and assist in implementing safety measures, prioritizing battery production and manufacturing safety.
    • Ensure comprehensive requirement traceability throughout projects, especially regarding battery production and manufacturing standards.
    • Define and support Verification, Validation, and homologation processes, including supplier engagement, with a specific focus on battery production and manufacturing.

     

    Qualifications

    • Leadership experience in battery pack R&D within a mass production/assembly setting.
    • Hands-on leadership in developing various types of HV battery packs for high-volume production, including expertise in gluing, thermal interfaces, structural design, laser welding, etc.
    • Proficient English language skills (C1/C2) – Spanish is a plus.
    • Previous leadership roles in battery validation within automotive or aerospace environments.
    • Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering (BS, MS preferred).

    As our Senior ERP Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for contributing to the design, implementation, configuration, and continuous improvement of our ERP System (Kinetic, formally Epicor) and integrations.
     
    Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with Manufacturing, Finance, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, Operations, Software Development, IT, Sales, and external partners to facilitate execution of ERP solution strategies and maintain platform vitality
    • Support ERP project management, and activities such as scope definition, requirements gathering, technical solution design, development activities (coding, configuration), testing, and documentation
    • Identify and resolve gaps between business processes and ERP
    • Configures aspects of Epicor to increase operational efficiencies for end-users, and enable rapid decision-making in the organization, through data analytics
    • Leverage technical tools within Epicor such as BPMs, BAQs, Dashboards, Trackers, Application Studio and SSRS to help streamline the software according to business needs
    • Develop end-to-end test plans and test scripts, and prepare test data consistent with business goals and objectives
    • Technical writing, including User Guides and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for end users
    • Provide ERP training to subject matter experts (SMEs) and end users
    • Investigate and resolve issues/defects with internal resources and Epicor Support (EpicCare)

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
    • 7+ years of experience in an ERP business system analyst role
    • 5+ years of experience with ERP implementations in a manufacturing environment
    • 3+ years configuring and customizing ERP Systems
    • Experience in functional areas within ERP, including sales order processing, purchasing, inventory, jobs, shipping and logistics, receiving, and finance
    • Experience in ERP integrations with PLM, PDM, and MES
    • Strong understanding of production concepts such as: quality assurance, rework, scrap, backflush, routings, and how they affect an ERP application
    • Proficiency with .Net application development (C#, Entity Framework)

    Bonus Qualifications

    • Experience in Aerospace Industry
    • Experience with other Enterprise Products such as QMS and CRM
    • Experience with Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE (CATIA, ENOVIA, DELMIA)

    Role Overview:

    As Director of Pricing & Structuring, you will play a crucial role in shaping the financial and contractual aspects of our business deals while working closely with the Director of Origination. Leveraging your expertise in complex deal pricing and structuring, you will develop innovative solutions to meet the needs of our clients and partners. You will be responsible for modeling and forecasting financial scenarios, ensuring the viability and profitability of proposed deals. Additionally, you will engage externally with wholesale banks, financial institutions to negotiate and structure bespoke Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) that align with our strategic objectives.
     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead PPA pricing function by collaborating with other key stakeholders such as Business Development, Finance, Transactions, Credit and Legal teams.
    • Lead the implementation of new pricing and structuring processes by enhancing current practices and further developing best practices.
    • Lead the pricing and structuring of bespoke deals as/when needed, utilizing various financial instruments and strategies such as VFA, Proxy Gen, Proxy Revenue Swap, Collars, etc.
    • Prepare detailed deal pricing and structuring memorandums describing the opportunity and characteristics of each deal proposal.
    • Conduct comprehensive due diligence, highlighting potential risks and formulating mitigation strategies
    • Oversee all aspects of PPA/VPPA pricing and structuring in terms of risk assessment, transaction returns/economics, and pricing process due diligence.
    • Lead the financial and economic aspects of renewable proposals (pricing, structuring, T&Cs)
    • Develop detailed models and forecasts to support deal proposals and ensure financial viability.
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to tailor deal structures to meet specific client needs.
    • Engage with wholesale counterparts to negotiate and finalize bespoke PPAs.
    • Stay abreast of market trends and regulatory developments to inform deal structuring decisions.
    • Drive continuous improvement in deal structuring processes and methodologies.

     

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business, Engineering or related fields. Master’s degree preferred.
    • Minimum 7-8 years of experience in complex deal pricing and structuring, with ideally 10+ years preferred.
    • Strong proficiency in complex deal pricing and structuring methodologies.
    • Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and proposal development.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate and respond to market dynamics and client needs.
    • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
