Role Overview
The Partnerships Lead will manage the full lifecycle of reseller partnerships, from onboarding and marketing to sales tracking and performance reviews. Ideal candidates have a strong drone industry network, technical expertise in drone hardware and software, and the ability to drive scalable growth through resellers.
Key Responsibilities
- Distributor & Reseller Partnerships – Identify, negotiate, and onboard drone resellers and distributors to expand company’s market presence.
- Sales Enablement – Train and support reseller teams to successfully promote and sell company’s software alongside drone hardware.
- Joint Marketing Execution – Develop co-branded marketing campaigns, provide sales materials, and coordinate reseller outreach initiatives.
- Technical Engagement – Work closely with drone manufacturers and hardware partners to ensure seamless integration and compatibility with company’s software.
- Industry Networking & Relationship Building – Leverage existing relationships in the drone industry to establish high-impact partnerships.
Required Experience
- 3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales in the drone industry, and ideally the precision agriculture, or agritech sector.
- Strong network within the drone ecosystem, particularly with drone manufacturers, resellers, and distributors.
- Deep technical understanding of drones (hardware, sensors, flight software) and how they integrate with scouting and analytics solutions.
- Proven experience building and scaling reseller partnerships, including joint marketing efforts, performance tracking, and regular engagement with partners.
