    Their pipeline is growing so they are building out their team and are very interested in Project Managers with construction experience in utility scale solar. This position requires 7+ years of utility scale solar construction experience.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage multiple utility-scale solar and BESS projects simultaneously across the US.
    • Establish, implement, and manage the project safety program to maintain a safe work environment, actively promoting a safety-focused culture by serving as a mentor and role model.
    • Regularly conducts site safety inspections, participates in progress meetings, reviews incidents, near-misses, HSE reports, and relevant statistics, initiating necessary changes to uphold safety standards, legislative requirements, and environmental guidelines.
    • Develops or supervises the creation of the Project Execution Plan (PEP) alongside the superintendent.
    • Manages and coordinates the design deliverable schedule to support permitting, procurement, shop drawings, off-site production, construction, and commissioning, with client review and approval.

    Requirements:

    • Ability to monitor complex project budgets and schedules, and create and schedule a project.
