Description:
The Sales Director – Fleet Solutions will spearhead the company’s B2B sales initiatives, focusing on fleet operators, commercial logistics, and large-scale EV adopters. This role requires a dynamic leader with deep experience in B2B sales, specifically targeting businesses adopting EVs in fleet operations.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Leadership
- Develop and implement a high-impact sales strategy to accelerate their footprint in the EV fleet sector.
- Lead B2B sales efforts, driving new business and ensuring successful client onboarding in the fleet and logistics industries.
- Establish clear revenue goals and metrics, track progress, and adjust tactics to exceed targets.
Market Expansion & Business Development
- Identify growth opportunities with fleet operators, municipalities, and companies focused on EV adoption.
- Develop strong, long-lasting partnerships with potential clients and industry stakeholders, positioning the company as a leading EV charging solution for fleets.
- Oversee contract negotiations, proposals, and presentations to secure long-term relationships and optimize the customer lifecycle.
Requirements:
