Sales Executive – National
Partnered with a dynamic and forward-thinking company that manages and scales energy efficiency projects for top-tier clients across North America. Their expertise spans lighting, smart building controls, IoT solutions, electric vehicle supply equipment, and ongoing maintenance and support.
They’re looking for a National Sales Executive to join our high-energy sales team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on business development, managing inbound leads, and growing a book of business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively prospect, qualify, and drive growth from new and existing clients.
- Manage customer expectations and accelerate the sales cycle to close deals effectively.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for targeted accounts.
- Build strong relationships with all stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Achieve or exceed sales goals, including pre-sale activities, margin, and revenue targets.
- Manage all sales activities within the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Lead the process of launching and managing new opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional team members.
- Clearly articulate our value proposition to prospects and customers.
- Provide regular updates on sales progress and forecasts.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to support the sales process and ensure successful execution.
- Stay informed about customer programs, projects, and solutions, offering recommendations for improvement.
- Attend and prepare for conferences, trade shows, and other customer events as needed.
- Complete assigned product and process training.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in prospecting and selling to large markets with a proven track record of success.
- Experience with National Accounts or Corporate decision-makers.
- Solutions selling experience of a technical or capital product is required.
- Knowledge of energy efficiency products and services is a plus.
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
- Ability to occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.
