I am currently partnered with a leading HVAC and smart buildings company that partner with hotels, multifamily buildings and co-ops across the US.
I am looking for a Senior Account Executive to help drive sales growth.
The ideal candidate will help drive revenue growth by building a strong pipeline of sales leads and helping create the market strategy. You will be responsible for establishing a strong relationship with new prospects as well as maintaining a strong relationship with existing accounts. Your effective communication and interpersonal skills will help you succeed as a Senior Account Executive.
Responsibilities
- Build a strong pipeline of prospective clients in the DMV area
- Manage and track client outreach
- Strategize innovative ways to reach new clients across the region
- Communicate strategy to relevant team-members
- Managing the sales process from start to finish
- Developing and maintaining a sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, taking over existing accounts, and other means
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of sales from prospecting to closing
- 5+ years’ of relevant experience selling HVAC, energy or smart buildings technology
- Organized and able to multi-task
- Located in commutable distance to Washington DC
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
