This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and execution of cutting-edge EV charging and home energy management products. You will play a key role in shaping the future of the company’s product offerings, ensuring they meet customer needs, remain competitive in the market, and align with emerging industry trends.
As the Senior Product Manager, you will guide EV charging products through every stage of their lifecycle, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. This role requires strong ownership, strategic vision, and hands-on involvement in all aspects of product development.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement product strategies and roadmaps for EV chargers and energy management solutions, from concept to end-of-life.
• Create detailed market requirement documents to define business objectives, market opportunities, and competitive positioning.
• Lead go-to-market strategies for newly launched EV charging products, including planning, coordination, and execution.
• Track and report on product performance against financial forecasts and key metrics.
• Provide regular updates to the executive team with actionable insights and data to guide decision-making.
• Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to gather feedback and ensure products remain competitive.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for EV charging products, monitoring competitors to stay ahead of trends.
• Work closely with program managers and other teams to ensure smooth execution of EV product development.
• Stay up-to-date on the evolving EV charging industry by attending events, conducting research, and building relationships with experts.
• Collaborate with external partners to manage joint developments and white-label opportunities.

 
Qualifications:
Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, design, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management or a similar role.
• Proven experience managing consumer electronics products.
• Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with designers, engineers, marketing, and customer support teams.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to think strategically.

Preferred:

• Experience in EV charging or smart home energy management product management.
• Direct experience working with EV manufacturers.
• MBA or advanced degree in product management or a related field.
