    Job Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Develop, expand and maintain relationships with Building Owners, Facility Managers, Property Managers as well as your internal Next Level team executing opportunities and solutions.
    • Develop the trust of existing and potential customers. Provide technical advice and layout projects to meet customer challenges and budgets pertaining to their building needs.
    • Target owners and end users outside of the current Next Level customer base.
    • Focus on maintaining, developing, and converting existing/new accounts to Technical Service Agreement accounts
    • Prospect and qualify new sales opportunities.
    • Maintain and work to a sales plan to hit annual goals
    • Estimate project costs and write proposals based upon customer requests and expectations.
    • Collaborate with vendors and subcontractors to provide cost-effective proposals and a foundation for successful execution of a project
    • Keep up to date with current technologies offered in the marketplace and how they can positively benefit our clients
    • Actively participate in trade associations and organizations to network and expand NXL’s presence in the marketplace
    • Create and deliver sales presentations to existing/new customers showcasing, new technology releases, Next Level service offerings, etc.
    • Maintain involvement throughout the complete service sale cycle, ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with Construction Account Executives to properly turn-over existing new construction accounts during the 80% completion to new TSA’s.
    • Create and implement account management plans 
    • Other duties as assigned

    Skills & Qualifications:

    • Undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related studies; or equivalent work experience
    • Three years related experience in sales, construction, or technology
    • Strong communication skills
    • Proficiency in basic computer systems, including the MS Office suite of products
    • Passion to continuously develop and improve selling skills
    • Self-motivated

    This leading EV infrastructure company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Grants and Incentives Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of electric vehicle (EV) grant applications and incentive programs. This role will involve researching, evaluating, and securing funding opportunities, while ensuring compliance and smooth implementation of EV charging infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will be adept at project management, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and navigating complex grant processes in the renewable energy space.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the evaluation, writing, submission, and management of all EV-related grant and incentive applications.
    • Monitor and ensure compliance with program requirements, including financial reporting and program milestones.
    • Analyze federal and state legislation, utility plans, and policies to identify funding opportunities for EV infrastructure and renewable energy solutions (e.g., battery storage, wind, solar).
    • Research and assess federal, state, and private grant opportunities to support innovative energy projects.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external agencies, including state departments of transportation, utility companies, and other key funding bodies.
    • Partner with site acquisition teams to prioritize and align projects with available incentives.
    • Manage day-to-day project activities, ensuring they are executed in accordance with plans and specifications.
    • Prepare and track budgets related to incentive programs.
    • Maintain a comprehensive database of incentive programs, requirements, and proposals.
    • Provide executive-level briefings and reports on the status of grant applications and project progress.

     

    Requirements:

    • Experience in developing and submitting grant proposals, specifically related to EV infrastructure or renewable energy.
    • Strong project management experience, with a focus on energy or transportation sectors.
    • Strong organizational, negotiation, and facilitation skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with government program administrators, consultants, and internal teams.
    • Experience working with federal and state funding agencies is a plus.
    • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and database management.

    • Work with the SCADA team, ISO personnel, and Trading team to support the commissioning of new sites, ensuring they are properly configured for full market participation.
    • Maintain communication with the ISO Client Representative to facilitate asset onboarding and ongoing operational support.
    • Collaborate with the Applications team to help design BESS portfolio software and applications that align with market operations requirements.

     

     

    Requirements

    • 2+ years experience in ERCOT power market operations, such as control room operations, power trading, generation scheduling, energy management, or asset management.
    • Experience with one or more ISOs preferred (ERCOT, CAISO, WECC, SPP, MISO, PJM, IESO, NYISO, ISONE).
    • A degree in finance, economics, mathematics, electrical theory, power distribution, power generation, or a related field.
    • Background in risk management, performance evaluation, relationship building (with clients and third parties), communication, analysis, decision-making, and compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

    They are building out their team and searching for a Project Developer to join their team to initially focus on their PJM projects. This person requires experience taking utility-scale solar/BESS projects from newly originated greenfield sites through to NTP.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the development of newly originated greenfield sites and mid to late-stage utility-scale solar, hybrid, and energy storage projects to reach Notice to Proceed by overseeing and coordinating vendors, as well as internal and external resources, throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Manage real estate negotiations and agreements while maintaining strong relationships with landowners.
    • A strong focus in leading permitting for local, state and federal permits.
    • Oversee tasks in alignment with budgets and schedules, coordinating internal and external resources to manage the engineering and interconnection processes.

    Key Responsibilities:

     

    • Lead Functional Safety Initiatives: Spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive safety strategies in line with EN 5012x standards (50126, 50128, 50129), ensuring safety and compliance for critical rail and transit systems.
    • Solution-Oriented Leadership: Apply innovative, solution-driven approaches to address unique and emerging safety challenges within the evolving landscape of autonomous rail and transit technologies.
    • Safety Certification & Compliance Oversight: Develop and implement certification and compliance strategies across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with both global and regional transit regulations.
    • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and design teams to embed safety, quality, and compliance into every stage of the development lifecycle, from concept to deployment of advanced rail and transit systems.
    • Lead V&V Efforts: Drive functional safety, verification, and validation (V&V) activities for both hardware and software systems, ensuring thorough testing and risk management protocols are in place.
    • Safety Culture & Training: Foster a robust safety-first culture, delivering comprehensive safety training while reporting key safety metrics and compliance updates to senior leadership.
    • Engagement with Regulatory Bodies: Interface with regulatory bodies and standard-setting organizations to ensure that the company’s safety and compliance frameworks evolve in line with emerging rail and transit safety standards.

     

    Requirements:

     

    • Proven Industry Experience: Extensive experience in delivering, certifying, and managing complex safety-critical systems within the rail, transit, autonomous, or similar sectors.
    • Leadership Expertise: Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience, with a strong track record of managing cross-functional safety teams and large-scale safety projects.
    • Functional Safety Mastery: Deep understanding of functional safety standards such as EN 5012x (50126, 50128, 50129), ISO 26262, or IEC 61508, with demonstrated experience applying them to real-world projects.
    • V&V & Quality Management: Solid experience leading verification and validation efforts, ensuring that all systems meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance.
    • Regulatory Expertise: Familiarity with global and regional regulations for rail, transit, or autonomous systems, with the ability to navigate complex certification processes.
    • Leadership & Communication Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across departments, and adapt strategies to address emerging safety challenges.
    • Agility in a Dynamic Environment: Proven ability to solve problems in fast-paced, dynamic settings, demonstrating flexibility in adapting safety strategies for cutting-edge autonomous and rail technologies.

An exciting opportunity for a Senior Battery Scientist to join a specialized team of global solid-state battery chemistry experts, to focus on the development of next-generation polymer electrolyte technology. Team members will bring expertise in ionically conductive polymers and ionic liquid electrolytes.

 

⚡ Role Summary:

This position will primarily focus on composite cathode research and development (R&D), with an additional emphasis on advancing cutting-edge electrolyte coating techniques.

 

⚡ Key Scientific Responsibilities:

  • Fabrication of cathode electrodes with varying charge densities and thicknesses.
  • Characterization of cathode electrodes, including porosity and polymer electrolyte percolation.
  • Development of cathode electrode performance testing methods.
  • Assembly of pouch cells and performance testing of cathode electrodes.
  • Optimization of cathode electrode design and formulation.
  • Electrolyte coating application and characterization.
