⚡ Role: SVP Head of Solar

Storm4 is partnered with a large EPC based in the US that is looking to expand and grow their solar division. They are searching for a Head of Solar to grow the renewables department, establish a strategy and manage a P&L of $1.5Bn. 

Responsibilities 

• Identify and evaluate growth opportunities in solar markets, including emerging technologies and regions.
• Develop and implement the solar division’s overall strategy in alignment with the company’s vision and goals.
• Oversee the execution of large-scale solar EPC projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and scalability.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of project managers, engineers, and support staff.
• Develop and manage the solar division’s budget, including forecasting and financial performance analysis.

Requirements:

• 15 years of experience working for an EPC company, with a minimum of 5 years focusing on solar or renewable energy. 
• Strong understanding of solar energy technologies, market trends, and regulatory frameworks.
• Financial acumen with experience in budget management, P&L responsibility, and cost optimization.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale solar EPC projects.
