    Their pipeline is growing so they are building out their team and are very interested in Project Managers with construction experience in utility scale solar. This position requires 7+ years of utility scale solar construction experience.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage multiple utility-scale solar and BESS projects simultaneously across the US.
    • Establish, implement, and manage the project safety program to maintain a safe work environment, actively promoting a safety-focused culture by serving as a mentor and role model.
    • Regularly conducts site safety inspections, participates in progress meetings, reviews incidents, near-misses, HSE reports, and relevant statistics, initiating necessary changes to uphold safety standards, legislative requirements, and environmental guidelines.
    • Develops or supervises the creation of the Project Execution Plan (PEP) alongside the superintendent.
    • Manages and coordinates the design deliverable schedule to support permitting, procurement, shop drawings, off-site production, construction, and commissioning, with client review and approval.
    • Oversees the project team, client representatives, consultants, and trade contractor relationships, fostering effective communication and collaboration.

     

    Requirements:

    • A minimum of 7 years utility-scale solar construction experience.
    • In-depth knowledge and application of health, safety, and environment principles/procedures/legislation.
    • In-depth knowledge of construction industry and company operations, including building materials, construction specifications, methods and procedures, safety and quality management practices for large, complex, and more diverse projects.
    • Ability to monitor complex project budgets and schedules, and create and schedule a project.
    • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers.

💸 Salary Range of $200k – $250k + generous company benefit

 

In a rapidly evolving team, your role would encompass the areas of Commercialization, Business Development, and Sales within the company. Leveraging both first and second life electric vehicle batteries is essential to achieving sustained success in the Long Duration Energy Storage industry.

 

⚡The role:

  • Secure commercial contracts through a structured and phased multi-year approach.
  • Build a top-tier commercial team consisting of account leaders and technical implementation specialists.
  • Collaborate with R&D to develop go-to-market strategies and take charge of commercial operations to implement them.
  • Work alongside the VP of Engineering and the founders to determine product strategy and guide future direction.
  • Oversee customer relationships, manage expectations, and define engagement parameters throughout the contract duration.

 

⚡Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Superior communication skills, including the ability to effectively interact with boards, partners, and investors
  • Outstanding skills in people management, collaboration, and communication
  • Strong competitive drive to succeed in a team under highly challenging and complex conditions
  • Proven ability to excel in a dynamic startup environment, quickly adapting to shifting priorities and challenges
  • Superior communication skills, including the ability to effectively interact with boards, partners, and investors
  • Previous leadership role in enterprise sales involving complex technology products
  • Experience leading commercial efforts in fast-growing startup settings
  • Experience in technology and industrial sectors with technically sophisticated, integrated products (e.g., Semiconductor, Materials, Chemicals, Optics, Energy, Automotive, Consumer Electronics)
