We’re seeking a Vice President of Customer Success to lead and enhance customer relationships within a forward-thinking organization specializing in smart building technology. You’ll be responsible for overseeing a team focused on customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. This leadership role will also involve driving revenue by identifying opportunities for renewals, upselling, and cross-selling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
- Lead and manage a team of customer success professionals, ensuring the achievement of company goals.
- Foster key client relationships while identifying and pursuing growth opportunities.
- Oversee customer feedback processes, including managing surveys and ensuring action is taken on results.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure a seamless customer journey, from onboarding to ongoing support.
- Maintain a library of best practices, training materials, and customer outreach tools.
Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills, with a track record of building and managing effective teams.
- Experience developing strategies that drive customer satisfaction and growth.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Proven success in achieving customer growth and retention targets.
- Background in smart buildings, property tech, or IoT is preferred.
The base salary for this role ranges from $220,000 to $270,000, with potential for additional incentive compensation and equity. Benefits include comprehensive healthcare, unlimited vacation, 401(k) plan, and paid parental leave.
