This is an exciting opportunity for a Treasury Manager to lead the financial strategy, capital management, and liquidity optimization for a pioneering company in the electric vehicle charging sector!
 
The company is dedicated to advancing the adoption of electric vehicles by delivering reliable and innovative charging solutions, contributing to a more sustainable transportation future.
 
In this role, you will oversee all aspects of corporate treasury operations, including capital structure management, cash flow forecasting, financial risk mitigation, and capital markets transactions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage banking relationships, and ensure compliance with financial regulations to support the company’s growth objectives. This role requires a strong focus on optimizing liquidity, negotiating financial instruments, and aligning financial strategies with organizational goals.
 
You will play a key role in maintaining financial stability, managing risks, and supporting strategic initiatives, including M&A activities and capital markets engagement. Your expertise in treasury management, financial planning, and stakeholder communication will drive the company’s financial performance and long-term success.
 
Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline, with an MBA or CFA designation preferred.
• More than 10 years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, or capital markets, including at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of corporate treasury management, capital markets, and financial risk management.
• Experience in high-growth industries such as clean energy or technology is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to manage complex banking relationships and financial instruments effectively.
• Exceptional financial modelling, forecasting, and liquidity planning skills.
• Leadership experience with a history of building and managing high-performing teams.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements.
