This company develops technology that combines robotics, automation, and data-driven insights to support teams working in the field. Their solutions integrate advanced hardware with intelligent analytics to help industries improve efficiency, safety, and decision-making.
They’re looking for a strategic, hands-on leader to supercharge their pipeline generation engine. As Director of Sales Development, you’ll own SDR strategy, coach high-performing teams, and harness AI to drive pipeline quality, velocity, and conversion. Reporting to the CMO, you’ll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Enablement to ensure the SDR org is a consistent, scalable growth machine.
Job role:
- Lead, scale, and coach a world-class SDR team.
- Build and execute SDR strategy—quotas, KPIs, workflows, outbound sequences.
- Leverage AI tools to boost personalization, productivity, and conversion.
- Analyze data to optimize reply rates, speed-to-lead, and meeting quality.
Experience:
- 5+ years leading high-performing SDR teams in B2B SaaS (ideally AI).
- Proven success in pipeline generation—both inbound & outbound.
- AI fluency to drive measurable efficiency gains.
- Strong data chops and Salesforce/Outreach/6sense expertise.
