This is a senior, permanent leadership role designed to oversee commissioning processes at multiple locations. You will be responsible for managing third-party commissioning teams, ensuring systems operate seamlessly across infrastructure sites. The role exists to enhance system performance and reliability through technical oversight and strategic coordination with project teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee commissioning activities across multiple sites, ensuring processes meet technical standards and project timelines
• Manage relationships with third-party commissioning agents, providing guidance and ensuring quality execution
• Ensure systems integration, performance, and operational readiness of critical infrastructure components
• Coordinate with engineering and operational teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance
• Develop and implement commissioning plans, protocols, and testing procedures aligned with project objectives
• Drive continuous improvement in commissioning methodologies and technical standards
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during all commissioning phases
• Support project managers and senior stakeholders with technical insights and progress updates

Requirements / Who We’re Looking For:

• Strong understanding of data center or large-scale infrastructure systems and equipment
• Extensive commissioning experience, ideally with hands-on involvement in complex projects
• Knowledge of systems integration across multiple sites and technical environments
• Approximately 10 years of total experience, with 4–5 years in hyperscale data center environments
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with third-party vendors
• Excellent technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with developing and executing commissioning plans and testing protocols
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders
