The Role:
This is a key leadership position designed to oversee large-scale data center construction projects. The role exists now to meet escalating project demands and to drive successful delivery across multiple sites, primarily in NoVa or with high travel options. You will work closely with senior leadership and field teams to ensure projects stay on schedule, within scope, and aligned with high standards for quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of data center construction projects from initiation to closeout, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including subcontractors and vendors, to deliver complex infrastructure projects.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, reporting on progress and resolving issues proactively.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards across all sites.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to communicate project status, risks, and key milestones.
• Drive continuous improvement through effective risk management and process optimization.
• Manage project documentation, procurement, and contractual obligations.
• Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and excellence.

Requirements / Who We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in construction project management, ideally with a General Contractor background.
• At least 5 years of overall construction experience, with a minimum of 2 years in data center or hyperscale environments.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, safety standards, and quality control.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with high travel flexibility and remote coordination.
• Experience managing projects in NoVa or similar high-tech markets preferred.
• Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on delivering excellence.
