    Position Summary:

    As the MRO Manager, you will establish and lead the company’s Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul function, ensuring aircraft safety, compliance, and readiness as commercial operations scale. You’ll own the development of processes, tools, and teams to meet FAA-certified standards and global operational needs – supporting both internal and customer fleets.

    This is a rare opportunity to shape a certified MRO operation from the ground up, driving safety, efficiency, and innovation in one of the most exciting sectors of aviation.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Ensure delivery of airworthy aircraft and assets to internal and external customers, with all maintenance actions completed or properly deferred.
    • Develop and implement MRO processes to manage scheduled/unscheduled maintenance, repairs, and upgrades across operational and customer fleets.
    • Troubleshoot complex technical issues, drive solutions, and release work packages that meet FAA and internal quality standards.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to support fleet readiness for flight operations, demos, and delivery missions.
    • Maintain strict compliance with FAA regulations (including FAR Part 43), company quality management systems, and industry best practices.
    • Establish procedures to support a certified MRO under FAA Part 145.
    • Lead and mentor internal and contracted maintenance teams, including training to ensure consistency, safety, and compliance.
    • Maintain and audit detailed maintenance records with a focus on accuracy, automation, and regulatory traceability.
    • Use analytics and fleet data to improve cost efficiency, turnaround time, aircraft uptime, and predictive maintenance strategies.

     

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of experience in aircraft maintenance, with leadership responsibilities.
    • Proven experience developing or executing maintenance programs aligned with FAR Part 43.
    • Experience interfacing with FAA-certified operations or managing compliance in a Part 145 Repair Station.
    • Strong understanding of aviation MRO operations and processes to scale a production fleet.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to document clearly and collaborate with technical and customer-facing teams.

     

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License.
    • Prior experience as a licensed mechanic at an FAA-certified Repair Station or FBO.
    • Experience managing maintenance records and compliance for eVTOL or experimental aircraft fleets.
    • Customer-facing experience in technical service or field support.

    • DER, ODA Unit Member, or experience with FAA Order 4040.26C and ARP 4754
    • Familiarity with electric propulsion systems: motors, batteries, controllers
    • Programming and data analysis in MATLAB and/or Python
    • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets capabilities
    • Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills

    This company are seeking an experienced Director of Business Development to grow relationships with electric and gas utilities across the Eastern U.S. This role will focus on selling energy efficiency, load management, demand response, and decarbonization services, while building partnerships and driving new opportunities.

     

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and expand relationships with utility clients and partners.
    • Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, proposals, presentations, negotiations, and closing.
    • Represent the organization at industry events and conferences.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver winning proposals and innovative solutions.
    • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

     

    Qualifications

    • 8+ years of related experience, with at least 3 years in business development or sales within energy efficiency or demand response.
    • Strong track record of closing complex utility-focused deals.
    • Knowledge of DSM programs, regulatory metrics, and industry best practices.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to travel up to 25%.
