Sales Executive – Infrastructure & Energy Project Financing

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Head of Legal & Regulatory Affairs to lead regulatory strategy and compliance across U.S. wholesale power markets. The organization operates at the intersection of energy markets, regulation, and commercial strategy, with regulatory leadership playing a central role in enabling growth, market access, and long-term value creation.
 
As the Head of Legal & Regulatory Affairs, you will own and lead regulatory strategy across multiple ISOs, with a strong emphasis on ERCOT, MISO, and PJM. You will serve as the senior regulatory authority for the business, acting as the primary external interface with regulators and ISOs, while partnering closely with internal commercial teams to ensure compliant and scalable market participation.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor, analyze, and stay ahead of regulatory and compliance developments impacting the company’s business across U.S. power markets
• Serve as the primary regulatory liaison with ISOs, regulators, and governing bodies
• Partner closely with product and sales teams to ensure all services, offerings, and market activities remain fully compliant
• Advocate for the company’s interests in regulatory proceedings, stakeholder processes, and formal hearings
• Provide internal guidance on regulatory risk, market rules, and evolving compliance requirements

 
Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in power market regulation, energy policy, or regulatory affairs
• Deep working knowledge of U.S. ISO/RTO regulations, with demonstrated experience across ERCOT, MISO, PJM
• Strong understanding of wholesale electricity markets and regulatory frameworks
• Experience engaging directly with regulators, ISOs, and other market stakeholders
• Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical, business-focused guidance
