    • Validate designs using lab equipment (oscilloscopes, power supplies, electronic loads, FRAs when needed).
    • Perform circuit simulation and analysis (SPICE) and document design decisions.
    • Lead design reviews, iterate hardware after test results, and resolve cross-subsystem issues.
    • Independently debug circuit problems and escalate complex system issues to senior engineers.
    • Mentor junior engineers on circuit design, test techniques, and best practices.

    ⚡ Required Qualifications:

    • BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related technical field.

    • Proficiency with Altium Designer (schematic capture + PCB layout).
    • Experience with circuit simulation tools (PSpice, LTSpice, or equivalent).
    • Comfortable using lab equipment: oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, function generators, electronic loads.
    • Proficient in Python or an equivalent scripting language for test automation and data analysis.
    • Strong debugging/troubleshooting skills and ability to document technical work and lead technical discussions.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication; demonstrated cross-discipline collaboration.

    • Experience with microcontroller systems (ARM Cortex series preferred).
    • Background on early-stage, resource-constrained engineering teams.
    • Experience making build vs. buy tradeoffs and coordinating manufacturing/fabrication.

    ⚡ Compensation and Benefits:

    • Target base salary: $100,000 – $140,000 annually (final offer depends on experience).
    • Equity incentives (participation in company upside).
    • Medical, dental, and vision plans with buy-up options.
    • Short-term and long-term disability covered.
    • Basic life insurance covered.
    • 401(k) plan.
