As the MRO Manager, you will establish and lead the company’s Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul function, ensuring aircraft safety, compliance, and readiness as commercial operations scale. You will own core avionics subsystems (analog, digital, and power electronics) for small spacecraft. This hands-on role requires end-to-end hardware development: component selection for harsh/radiation environments, schematic and PCB layout in Altium, lab bring-up, test/validation, debugging, and system integration.
