Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to drive new business and expand our presence across key markets. This role focuses on engaging large commercial and industrial clients with complex energy and sustainability needs. You will be responsible for building relationships, identifying opportunities, and guiding prospects through the full sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Identify and prospect large organizations across sectors such as healthcare, education, manufacturing, public sector, and commercial real estate
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through outreach, networking, and referrals
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets

Solution Selling

  • Conduct needs assessments to understand client energy usage, sustainability goals, and financial priorities
  • Present tailored solutions, including energy efficiency, clean energy procurement, carbon tracking, and sustainability programs
  • Prepare and deliver customized proposals and presentations

Relationship Management

  • Build long-term client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up
  • Act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales and implementation process
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions

Market Insight

  • Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
  • Provide insights and feedback to support continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, sustainability, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in energy, sustainability, or related B2B sales
  • Proven ability to manage complex, enterprise-level sales cycles
  • Strong prospecting, lead qualification, and networking skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
