This is a rare opportunity to join the executive leadership team of a scaling international technology business and shape the future of a sophisticated portfolio of software, data, analytics, and AI-enabled products. The successful candidate will own product strategy, operating model, investment priorities, and organisational development across a global business.
You will work closely with commercial, engineering, operations, data, compliance, and leadership teams to ensure product investments deliver measurable customer and business outcomes. This role suits an experienced product executive who combines strategic vision with commercial rigour, operational excellence, and experience leading AI-enabled product organisations.
Responsibilities:
• Own global product strategy, portfolio management, and investment prioritisation
• Lead an AI-first product agenda across product development, deployment, and performance management
• Establish governance, accountability, and operating processes across the product organisation
• Drive alignment across engineering, commercial, operations, data, and leadership functions
• Present product strategy, performance, risks, and investment recommendations to executive stakeholders and boards
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Chief Product Officer, VP Product, Head of Product, or equivalent executive leader
• Track record commercialising AI, machine learning, forecasting, optimisation, or data-driven software products
• Strong understanding of product governance, data quality, lifecycle management, and compliance requirements
• Commercial and financial expertise including investment prioritisation, business cases, and product performance management
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills within complex international organisations
Nice to Have:
• Experience in energy technology, infrastructure software, industrial technology, utilities, or related sectors
• Experience with products combining software, analytics, operational services, and data-driven decision-making
• Experience scaling product organisations across multiple regions and business units
• Exposure to regulatory environments, operationally critical systems, or infrastructure markets
• Experience leading product organisations through rapid growth, transformation, or acquisition activity
