This is one of the most senior preconstruction leadership roles in the industry today.
As Senior Director of Preconstruction, you will own strategy across a portfolio of hyperscale and AI-driven developments, influencing how billions of dollars of infrastructure are planned, budgeted, procured, and delivered.
You’ll sit at the intersection of development, design, construction, and executive leadership, driving critical decisions that directly impact project success, speed-to-market, and long-term growth.
