  • Evaluate emerging technologies, market opportunities, and competitive positioning
  • Support commercialization and go-to-market planning for new product introductions
  • Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing product team
  • Serve as a key voice in product strategy discussions with executive leadership

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of product management, product development, or technology commercialization experience
  • Demonstrated involvement in bringing innovative technologies from concept through commercial deployment
  • Proven ability to develop product roadmaps informed by market trends, customer needs, and technology evolution
  • Strong technical background within batteries, electrochemical systems, semiconductors, advanced materials, energy technologies, or other complex hardware industries
  • Experience partnering closely with engineering, R&D, and manufacturing organizations
  • Track record of building and developing product teams within growing organizations
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Advanced technical degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, Physics, or a related field strongly preferred
