    • Conduct comprehensive due diligence, highlighting potential risks and formulating mitigation strategies
    • Oversee all aspects of PPA/VPPA pricing and structuring in terms of risk assessment, transaction returns/economics, and pricing process due diligence.
    • Lead the financial and economic aspects of renewable proposals (pricing, structuring, T&Cs)
    • Develop detailed models and forecasts to support deal proposals and ensure financial viability.

    About the work
    Reporting directly to the CEO, the Partnership Success Manager/Head of Partnership Success will be the company’s expert in post-sale relationship management for EV manufacturers (OEMs) and, in the short term, utilities and consumer-brand rewards partners. The Partnership Success Manager will be responsible for all regular communications and overall program management with the company’s partners after the sales process. This will require general knowledge and expertise on all programs, including state regulatory credit programs, voluntary carbon credit programs, and upcoming EV driver/Optimized Charging programs. The Partnership Success Manager/Head of Partnership Success will ensure the successful implementation of new programs and provide ongoing support for both new and existing programs.

    Responsibilities:

    • Serve as primary contact between key OEM partners and various internal teams.
