    ⚡ Key Responsibilities:

    • Architect and deliver the full electric powertrain for production marine vessels.
    • Oversee design and integration of batteries, BMS, PDUs, inverters, charging systems, and motors.
    • Collaborate with vendors and contractors to design and build custom components.
    • Lead and mentor the electrical engineering team, fostering technical excellence.

    ⚡ Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
    • 4+ years of experience in electric powertrain design.
    • Strong knowledge of Li-ion batteries, BMS, PDUs, inverters, and motors.
    • Hands-on experience in C/C++ and embedded software development.
    • Proficiency in schematic design, PCB layout, and CAD.
    • Experience with communication protocols such as CAN, Ethernet, RS232, J1939.
    • Proven team leadership with the ability to contribute as an individual engineer.
