Sr. Technical Sales Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and target potential clients directly with decision makers at data centers, electrical contractors, data center design firms as well as data center construction firms.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our company’s market share.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Attend industry events for networking and possibly speaking on panel discussions.
- Technical Expertise:
- Provide technical support and expertise to data center customers regarding their needs for UPS systems, battery systems, service contracts, Static Transfer Switches, PDUs, etc.
- Conduct site assessments and evaluations to determine the best solutions for the customer’s backup power needs.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Understand customer’s needs and provide customized solutions to meet their requirements.
- Ensure timely and effective communication with customers throughout the sales process.
- Project Management:
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of projects.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide post-sales support and follow-up to ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
