Currently partnered with a pioneering solar technology company listed on the stock market who are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Sales to drive and grow the company’s sales division.
As the Vice President of Sales, you will:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve corporate revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team.
- Identify new markets, industry trends, and sales opportunities.
- Work closely with other senior leaders to align sales strategies and solutions.
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting.
- Cultivate lasting relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop competitive pricing strategies and maintain profitability.
- Ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements and ethical standards related to sales and marketing.
The successful candidate will have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role within the solar/renewable energy industry.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional leadership and mentoring skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics in the renewable energy sector.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Comfortable operating in a rapidly changing industry.
