    What You Need to Succeed

    • Minimum 3+ years proven track record of B2B sales experience in a hunter/account management role.
    • Familiarity with the field of construction and/or facilities operations.
    • Prior experience selling SaaS software or business solutions to the construction sector.
    • Ability to uncover business issues to identify and articulate ROI derived from Facility Grid’s products.
    • Self-starter, sharp, highly motivated, detailed oriented and well organized with strong follow-up ability.
    • Articulate communication, writing, and presentations skills with top-notch customer service approach.
    • Ability to forge and maintain loyal business relationships.

    The Opportunity

    Facility Grid seeks a talented, hardworking, self-motivated, and proactive sales executive who enjoys selling SaaS solutions to business executives.  The sales executive’s responsibilities include generating leads, developing a book of business, continuously updating our CRM database, managing subscription accounts, and exceeding sales targets. The role requires an experienced hunter with enterprise sales experience and a history of achievements developing business at an Executive Level.

    The target markets are Commercial General Contractors, Trade Partners, Owners, Universities, and Engineering companies. Facility Grid tracks the progress of building systems & assets activity, QA/QC/Cx, and documentation through the entire construction lifecycle, currently supporting projects ranging from $50 million to $8 billion in Total Construction Value including the building of complex manufacturing, life science, airports, data centers, semi-conductors, and hospital projects.

    This role is remote based.
