This company provides developers, installers and OEMs with a digital platform to engage more effectively with their customers. This automates design, remote proposals, contracts and project management for such sales and operations professionals.
They are looking to hire a Director of Customer Success to manage their current customer success team.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Consumer onboarding and engagement with their platform: starting from contract to installation phase and their entire ownership journey
- Launch feedback-based review/referral cycle that helps expand our customer network rapidly in multiple US states
- Able to work with both Commercial (Business) and Residential clients
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Partnership and Product teams
- Prior experience with Solar / Storage industry is a strong plus
- Must be metrics-driven, and able to multi-task well.
- Manage a team of 3-5 full time team members in the US
- Submit detailed Weekly and Monthly sales and pipeline report for management
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the Platform capabilities presentations using Power Point to communicate that message to any external stakeholders at workshops, webinars, private client meetings and events.
Qualifications
- 5+ years’ of leadership experience in Customer Success
Experience in the solar, energy storage or related industries
Experience selling to the residential or commercial industry
BS/BA in Engineering, Business or a related field of study
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and create action plans
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with CRM and marketing software platforms
