But research suggests many leaders are aware they are not doing enough.
A recent survey of Corporate Directors by PwC revealed that diversity and inclusion represents a business opportunity. Only 16% believed their companies scored ‘excellent’ for recruiting a diverse workforce, whilst 15% thought they were excellent in developing diverse executive talent. A staggering 83% believed that companies should be doing more to promote gender and racial diversity.
