The company has already secured land, power, and a strong development pipeline, allowing the Head of Construction to focus on execution and delivering next-generation AI infrastructure to market faster than traditional developers.

Led by proven founders with successful exits and backed by top-tier investors, the company is scaling rapidly with a strong project pipeline and significant capital behind its growth.

The Opportunity

This is a rare chance to join early and own construction delivery from end to end. You’ll lead the execution of large-scale data center projects, taking sites from development handoff through construction, commissioning, and customer delivery.

You’ll have direct influence on strategy, vendor selection, contracting, budgets, schedules, and project execution while helping build the company’s construction organization from the ground up.

What You’ll Bring

• 7+ years delivering data center or mission-critical construction projects
• Experience taking projects from groundbreaking through commissioning
• Strong EPC, GC, and contract negotiation experience
• Deep understanding of MEP, power infrastructure, commissioning, and site delivery
• Proven ability to manage large budgets, schedules, contractors, and customer commitments
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
