💰 Competitive Salary
A confidential opportunity with a growing organisation operating at the intersection of energy, infrastructure and technology.
Join an ambitious technology company developing software solutions that help organisations make better operational and commercial decisions in complex infrastructure markets. This is a highly autonomous role where you’ll work across customers, engineering, and leadership to shape product direction and bring new capabilities from concept through to adoption.
You’ll own product discovery, prioritisation, execution, and customer engagement in a fast-moving environment. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, thrives in ambiguity, and can balance strategic thinking with hands-on product delivery.
Responsibilities:
• Lead customer discovery activities to uncover workflows, pain points, and product opportunities
• Translate customer feedback into product strategy, prioritised roadmaps, and measurable outcomes
• Own delivery from concept to launch, including requirements, user stories, rollout planning, and iteration
• Partner closely with engineering teams on technical product decisions and platform development
• Drive alignment across customers, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful execution
Requirements:
• 5+ years of product management experience within B2B software or technology products
• Demonstrated success building products from early-stage concepts through commercial adoption
• Strong customer discovery and product prioritisation skills
• Ability to work effectively with technical teams across APIs, data platforms, integrations, and complex workflows
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making capabilities
Nice to Have:
• Experience within energy, utilities, infrastructure, trading, or other operationally critical industries
• Background in analytics platforms, simulation tools, data products, or integration-heavy software environments
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other technical tools used in data-driven product development
• Experience working in startup or high-growth environments with significant ownership and pace
Why Apply?
• Shape the future direction of a growing product platform solving complex infrastructure challenges
• Work directly with customers and senior leadership on high-impact product decisions
• Join a collaborative, mission-driven team with significant ownership and career growth opportunities
