Regional Sales Manager – Manufacturing

Location: Remote (Texas or East Coast Preferred)
Travel: Up to 50%
Compensation: Competitive Base + Uncapped Commission

Storm4 is partnered with a rapidly growing provider of critical power and electrical infrastructure solutions that supports customers across manufacturing, industrial, automotive, semiconductor, utility, and mission-critical markets.

Our client is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead growth within the manufacturing sector, selling transformers, switchgear, and power distribution solutions through EPCs, electrical distributors, OEMs, and e-house integrators.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow accounts across industrial manufacturing, automotive, and semiconductor markets
  • Build relationships with EPCs, distributors, e-house builders, and engineering firms
  • Drive new business opportunities and manage existing customer relationships
  • Support technical sales activities, including reviewing one-line diagrams, project specifications, and construction documents
  • Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to deliver customer solutions
  • Maintain pipeline visibility, forecasting, and CRM activity

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience selling critical power, electrical distribution, switchgear, transformers, or related infrastructure solutions
  • Experience working with EPCs, distributors, channel partners, or industrial customers
  • Understanding of medium- and low-voltage electrical systems
  • Ability to interpret electrical drawings, one-lines, or project specifications
  • Experience within industrial, automotive, manufacturing, or semiconductor markets preferred
  • Strong track record of business development and account growth
