Regional Sales Manager – Utility, Renewable Energy & Oil & Gas

Location: Remote (U.S.)
Compensation: Competitive Base + Uncapped Commission (OTE $300K+)

A growing power infrastructure manufacturer is seeking a Key Account Manager to drive sales across the utility, renewable energy, and oil & gas markets. This role will focus on developing relationships with utilities, EPCs, developers, consultants, and industrial end users while identifying and closing new project opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years selling transformers, switchgear, substations, or power distribution equipment
  • Strong relationships across utility, renewable, or oil & gas markets
  • Experience with electrical specifications, one-lines, and project-driven sales
  • Proven track record of winning new business and growing key accounts
  • Ability to work with technical and executive-level stakeholders
