🚀 Strategic Accounts Manager | UPS

🌎 United States (50% Travel)

Company: Storm4’s client is a global industrial technology leader delivering stored-energy and critical-power solutions across data center, telecom, renewable energy, and industrial markets.

They’re looking for a Strategic Accounts Manager to grow a portfolio of UPS customers across battery systems, platforms, and services. This person will protect existing business, expand share of wallet, support long-cycle opportunities, and coordinate account execution across customers, partners, and internal teams.

✅ Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned UPS strategic accounts as the primary commercial point of contact
  • Execute account plans aligned with customer build schedules, refresh cycles, and approved specifications
  • Grow revenue across UPS batteries, cabinets, advanced technologies, and related services
  • Maintain accurate quarterly and annual forecasts across long-cycle opportunities
  • Coordinate with OEMs, system integrators, Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Service teams

✅ Qualifications:

  • 5–8+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development
  • Background in UPS, data center, critical power, or mission-critical infrastructure markets
  • Experience managing complex accounts with multiple customer and partner stakeholders
  • Strong forecasting, account planning, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Able and willing to travel overnight approximately 50% and meet company driving requirements
