This is a career-defining leadership role for someone who wants to own AI Data Center construction delivery across a major region.
You’ll lead a team of Construction Managers responsible for delivering hyperscale and colocation projects from preconstruction through commissioning and client handover.
Beyond project execution, you’ll play a key role in shaping construction strategy, driving operational excellence, mentoring future leaders, and influencing how one of the industry’s fastest-growing platforms scales.
⚡ What You’ll Bring
- 10+ years of large-scale construction experience
- Data center, mission-critical, hyperscale, or complex infrastructure project delivery experience
- Experience leading teams and managing multiple concurrent projects
- Strong commercial, contracting, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record delivering projects from groundbreaking through commissioning
- Deep relationships across the construction, design, and contractor ecosystem
