This is an opportunity to join a publicly traded digital infrastructure company that built one of the world’s largest digital asset infrastructure platforms and today operates a global portfolio of data center assets across North America, the Middle East, and Latin America.
 
Having established a leading position in digital infrastructure, the business is now investing heavily into AI infrastructure, high-performance computing, and next-generation data center development, creating a unique opportunity to join during a period of significant growth and transformation.
 
This is a highly visible role reporting into the FP&A leadership team, with direct exposure to executive leadership and the Board. The successful candidate will own the company’s consolidated long-range financial model, support capital allocation decisions, drive forecasting and planning processes, and help shape the financial narrative of the business.
 
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and enhance the company’s consolidated long-range financial model across P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
  • Lead scenario modelling, sensitivity analysis, and strategic planning initiatives
  • Support Executive Leadership and Board reporting through insightful financial analysis and business performance commentary
  • Coordinate annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning processes across multiple business units
  • Partner closely with Treasury on liquidity forecasting, capital planning, and cash management initiatives
  • Develop investment cases, ROI analysis, and capital allocation models to support growth initiatives and strategic investments
  • Build and maintain KPI dashboards that connect operational drivers to financial performance
  • Partner with Accounting, Investor Relations, and Finance leadership to ensure consistency between internal planning and external reporting
  • Act as the finance business partner to Corporate G&A functions across budgeting, forecasting, headcount planning, and performance analysis
  • Support and mentor junior FP&A talent while driving process improvement, automation, and reporting enhancements

 
 
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • 8+ years’ experience within FP&A, Corporate Finance, Strategic Finance, or related functions
  • Prior experience with financial consolidations, executive reporting, and long-range planning
  • Strong financial modelling capabilities, including integrated three-statement models and scenario analysis
  • Experience supporting capital allocation decisions, strategic investments, M&A evaluations, or business expansion initiatives
  • Experience within digital infrastructure, data centers, AI infrastructure, energy, power, utilities, or other capital-intensive industries is highly preferred
  • Proven ability to build and present Board-level and Executive-level financial reporting
  • Experience partnering with Treasury, Accounting, and senior business leaders
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial information into actionable business insights
  • Public company experience preferred
