⚡ Electrical Engineer | Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)

🏢 Company: Storm4’s client is a leading provider of power and energy storage solutions supporting Critical Power, Emergency Power, and Battery Energy Storage applications.

We’re seeking an Electrical Engineer to support the architecture, design, integration, and validation of Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) products. This role will work across power electronics, embedded systems, testing, and new product development to bring innovative energy storage technologies to market.

Responsibilities:

✅ Support the design and development of power electronics architectures for DC/DC and AC/DC conversion systems in the multi-kW range

✅ Contribute to analog and digital circuit development, communication interfaces, and embedded control systems

✅ Develop, test, and maintain embedded firmware for distributed systems utilizing multiple microcontrollers

✅ Execute board-level and system-level testing, validation, and troubleshooting activities

🎯 Qualifications

✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field

✔️ 2-5 years of experience in power electronics product development

✔️ Experience with BESS hardware, energy storage systems, or grid-connected products preferred

✔️ Understanding of DC/DC and AC/DC converter design and validation

✔️ Strong hands-on lab skills with experience troubleshooting and debugging electrical systems
