We’re seeking a Senior Manager / Manager, Product Safety & Regulatory Compliance to lead regulatory compliance initiatives across innovative electrical and electromechanical products. This individual will oversee a team of Test & Compliance Engineers and drive compliance efforts from concept through production across critical power and energy storage technologies.

Responsibilities: 

✅ Lead a team of Test & Compliance Engineers supporting global product lines

✅ Manage product safety and regulatory compliance activities across domestic and international markets

✅ Drive compliance efforts throughout the entire product lifecycle, from concept through commercialization

✅ Monitor evolving regulatory requirements and industry standards impacting critical power and energy storage products

✅ Collaborate with NRTL partners, standards organizations, and certification bodies to support product approvals

🎯 Qualifications

✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 5+ years of experience in electrical or electromechanical product safety and compliance

✔️ Experience working with UL, CSA, NEC, and NFPA standards, including products such as UPS, emergency power, and battery storage systems

✔️ 3+ years of leadership experience managing compliance, certification, or testing teams

✔️ Proven track record leading regulatory compliance efforts from design through production

✔️ Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical requirements for executive and cross-functional audiences
