Senior Applications Engineer | Electrification & DC Power Systems | North America (25% Travel)

Company: Storm4’s client is a leading electrification technology company developing advanced DC power solutions for Battery Energy Storage (BESS), Data Centers, Power Conversion, EV Charging, and industrial applications across North America.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical resource supporting customers, sales teams, and channel partners across North America
• Provide application guidance, technical recommendations, troubleshooting support, and product expertise
• Partner with customers throughout the product development cycle to drive product qualification and design wins
• Act as the liaison between customers and global engineering teams, translating application requirements into technical solutions
• Deliver technical training, customer presentations, and application support across strategic electrification markets
• Support customer visits, industry events, technical investigations, and new business initiatives 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience supporting high-power electrical, power electronics, electromechanical, or electrification products
• Experience working within Battery Energy Storage, Power Conversion, Data Centers, Electrification, EV Charging, Industrial Automation, or related markets
• Strong analytical, technical problem-solving, and customer-facing communication skills
• Ability to support complex technical applications and work cross-functionally with engineering and commercial teams
• Approximately 25% travel across North America
